A: The most common way to transmit is through the fecal-oral route and when you eat contaminated food.

A: Hepatitis A can be prevented by having good hygiene, sanitation,and vaccination.Vaccination is usually the best prevention.  Also to prevent this you can use your own towels, toothbrushes, eat with your own utensils and other personal products. 3.  Infected poeple excrete the Hepatitis A virus with their faces two weeks and one week after the appearance of jaundice.  The time between the infection and the start of the illness can run from 15 to 45 days, and approximatly 15% of sufferers may experience relasing symptoms  from 6 months to a year following intial diagnosis.

 

4.  Most commonly transmited by facal-oral route, such as contaminated food, Hepatitis A does not have a chronic stage and does not cause pemanent liver damege.
