 Types Of Nutrients:

 

- Carbohydrates- body's fastest energy source ex. pasta

- Fats- stored for energy & helps build cell membranes ex. oil

- Minerals- helps body stay healty & strong ex. calcium that comes from dairy products like milk

- Proteins- builds muscles, skin, hair, & nails ex. nuts

- Vitamins- helps you maintain a healty & strong body ex. vitamin C from fruits like oranges
